You Can’t Miss Breakfast at Ben et Florentine

When you travel to Montreal one stop you absolutely have to make is Ben et Florentine.  This is a particularly excellent breakfast spot—though you don’t have to stop by in the morning—with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere.  At this popular Canadian casual dining franchise, the breakfast potatoes are world famous and the coffee and tea is included.


Every successful restaurant chain has to be known for some kind of specialty and this case it is the Ben & Florentine franchises Famous Benedicts.  Eggs Benedict, of course, is a classic dish of grilled Canadian bacon and a poached egg sitting on top of a toasted English Muffin; all of which are smothered in homemade Hollaindaise sauce.  These benedicts are famous, though, not just because of their quality, but also the available variety:

    • Florentine Benedict—with cheddar cheese and spinach
